Fee Policy

Action Baseball Club fees are non-refundable . By committing to play as a team member for one of our seasons, parents and players acknowledge that they understand this policy. To keep fees at an affordable rate for all of our participants, Action works diligently to set an accurate budget for each season. All fees collected by the club on behalf of team participants are applied to the seasons expenses (ie. tournament fees, insurance, uniforms, coaching and administration etc.) on receipt. Most of these expenses are paid 2-3 months before the season begins to ensure our participation in tournaments and that uniforms are received in a timely manner.

Action understands that players may become injured or unable to complete a season for various reasons. Unfortunately, when this happens, the club is still responsible for the season’s expenses. We are unable to adjust the cost of the season due to a player being unable to finish. Action holds fundraisers to help offset the variances in season income, and to be able to offset a future season if needed. If your player is unable to participate for an entire season, we will do our best to offset the cost of participation in a future season or camp through a scholarship from our fundraising account when funds are available.

Notice of withdrawal from the Summer High School Program must be made by March 31st. prior to the June 1st season. This enables the staff to replace a roster position if needed. Withdrawals made after the March cutoff will not be able to carry fees forward.

The following payment schedules will be followed unless a parent/guardian contacts Action for an exception. If initial payments are not received you take the risk of losing your spot on the team’s roster. If second and third payments are not received timely, the player’s coach will be notified to have them seat the bench.

PAY IN FULL:

Pay whole season up front at time of acceptance and save the 3% credit card fee

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

High School Summer Season – Payments split into 6 months starting at the time of acceptance.  Includes a 3% credit card fee.

Youth Spring Season – Payments split into 4 months starting at the time of acceptance.  Includes a 3% credit card fee.

Youth and High School Fall Season – Payments split into 4 months starting at the time of acceptance.  Includes a 3% credit card fee.
